How Lightheart handles contact and privacy-related information

This page explains, at a practical level, how Lightheart handles information shared through the website and related follow-up conversations.

Information you share with us

When you contact Lightheart through the website, we receive the details you provide such as name, email address, company, request type, timeline, and project notes.

How we use that information

We use submitted information to respond to the request, evaluate delivery fit, handle procurement or assurance follow-up, and maintain correspondence connected to that request.

Processors and delivery tools

Website contact requests are forwarded by email through Mailjet so Lightheart can review and respond to them. Access is limited to people and providers needed to handle the request.

Analytics and cookies

Lightheart only enables Google Analytics after you have allowed analytics cookies. A small necessary cookie is also stored to remember your privacy preference for up to 12 months, and you can change that choice later through the cookie settings link in the footer or on this page.

Retention

Contact requests and related follow-up are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, any vendor review, and normal business follow-up, and are then deleted when no longer needed unless legal obligations require a longer period.

Your rights and requests

If you want to update, delete, or clarify information you have shared through the website, contact Lightheart directly and we will review the request in line with applicable obligations.
